Did you know that research has shown online therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy to be effective in treating anxiety and OCD disorders?

Central Coast Anxiety & OCD uses a HIPAA-approved encrypted video stream so that your sessions are always private. Our virtual therapy is the same cost, efficacy, and quality of service as an in-person visit.

What is needed:

  • A quiet, private and distraction-free environment.

  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 10-15 mbps. Click here for more information.

  • Electronic device with adequate video and audio capabilities. (Note: To use a smartphone, you must first download Telehealth by SimplePractice, available for iOS or Android in the app store.)

  • For most clients, once weekly sessions are sufficient when problems are causing distress but not significantly impairing school or occupational functioning. If longer or more frequent sessions are recommended, Dr. Gannon will discuss this with you.

  • The fee for an initial evaluation is $225. The fee for individual follow-up sessions is $190 per 50-minute outpatient session. There is an additional charge of $25 per hour for after-hours (5:00 p.m. or later) appointments.
